LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

Too often, leadership is assumed to be tied to someone's personality.   Hence we hear the question, "What is your leadership style?"   Leadership that is determined by a particular style or personality type is leadership that is stunted and limited.    Leadership should not be limited in this way.   Schuyler works with groups to look at leadership from a multi-dimensional perspective.   This approach focuses one relational leadership, placing the highest value, not on project results, but on the health and quality of relationships.

Webinars, workshops, online conferences are available.   Also booking for one to three day retreat experiences.   In these processes some of the questions we pose are:

What is a leader?

What are the qualities we seek in a leader?

How do we discern or select leaders in our community?

How do we develop ourselves as leaders?
